The First Pass #18 — Make Money while Sleeping
A role where you intern while sleeping. And some personal and reader wins to celebrate. We are so back.
Y’all thought I went into oblivion? Not that easily.
It is with great pleasure that I announce that I FINISHED COLLEGE. Wanted to be present for it last few weeks with my people before everyone goes for their arc of the story.
Before the roles, something worth sharing.
Reader Wins
As promised. Some of the people around me, namely my friends, my juniors have recently started landing offers from TFP. This makes me so fucking proud, and a lil egostical to announce ;)
1. The Data Science Intern role by Rapido posted in issue #14 is now closed. That’s cause MY HOMEBOY BAGGED IT after 3 rounds of intense interviews.
2. Another friend of mine got an offer from an early-stage research startup as an ML inter. The team pedigree is insane — consisting of ex-engineers of Twitter, Dropbox and Microsoft. Posted in issue #11.
3. A junior of mine got an internship as a product intern at a BLR startup posted in issue. Again posted in issue #11. I guess issue #11 was lucky in terms of offers but not so lucky in terms of subs and views lol.
4. Some others have landed interviews, assignments, get-to-know calls and what not.
This is just from my immediate circle. Who knows there might be more killing it out there. If you have landed offers, interviews, or assignments from the TFP, and would like me to know about your hustle and hardwork, get in touch with me on LinkedIn and share your story.
Bangalore
Tech Roles
1. SDE Intern – Hawky.ai
Full-time | Bangalore
Hawky.ai is building AI-powered marketing intelligence for performance marketers. Two hard problems on the table right now: an at-scale video and static creative production engine (thousands of on-brand creatives, automatically), and AI copilots and agents that read campaign history, interpret performance signals, and take real actions on live data.
Tech stack: AI/ML, video and creative generation systems, agentic workflows, marketing data pipelines
Skills needed: Full ownership engineering mindset, ability to build and ship end-to-end, comfort with production systems
Why you should apply:
“These aren’t toy problems. They’re in production, used by real brands, every day.” — that’s the brief. Take it at face value.
No handoffs, no silos means your name is on everything. High risk, high visibility. If that’s how you work, this is the right environment.
AI-powered creative production at scale is one of the more interesting applied AI problems in the marketing space right now.
2. AI Engineering Intern – S45
Internship | Bangalore | 3–6 months
S45 is building an AI-native financial institution starting with investment banking in India. The AI Engineering Intern works on agentic workflows, RAG, data ingestion, retrieval quality, backend infrastructure, and AI-powered outbound distribution engines.
Tech stack: Agentic AI workflows, RAG, data ingestion pipelines, backend infrastructure, LLMs
Skills needed: Strong engineering fundamentals first, clear thinking, fast builder, obsession with correctness and quality
Why you should apply:
S45 appeared in issue #14 for a design role. They keep hiring for high-bar positions, which tells you the team is growing with intention.
Investment banking + AI-native infrastructure is a rare intersection. The systems problems here are harder and more interesting than most AI internships.
Email — careers@s45.ai | CC: rachit.mittal@s45.ai, arvin.goyal@s45.ai | Subject: AI Engineering Intern | S45
3. AI Engineer – Shiprocket
Full-time | Gurugram
Shiprocket’s CPO posted this directly. 400K+ merchants, millions of shipments, 10B API hits/month. They’re hiring AI engineers to take Shiprocket into its next AI-native phase. The filter is a 12-minute Decoder test, score goes directly to the CPO. This is new and I am here for it!
Tech stack: Agentic systems, LLM orchestration, tool workflows — you’re expected to know when to use Haiku vs Sonnet vs Opus vs GPT vs Kimi and why
Skills needed: Built and shipped real agentic systems, thinks in workflows not features, sees agents where others see manual processes
Why you should apply:
“Agents before org charts” is either a culture statement or a bumper sticker — at Shiprocket’s scale, there’s enough evidence to believe it’s real.
SMB commerce in India is a massive unsexy opportunity. AI infrastructure at this scale is a career-defining thing to have worked on.
4. ML/NLP Engineering Intern – WisdomAI
Internship | Bangalore
WisdomAI is working on fundamental LLM problems — code generation, document understanding, context synthesis, and agentic pipelines for complex analytical workloads. Team comes from Glean, Apple, Rubrik, Google, and Meta (the learning’s gonna be PEAK)
Tech stack: NLP/ML models, LLMs, agentic pipelines, evaluation frameworks, natural language query parsing, semantic modelling
Skills needed: Strong analytical skills, hard NLP problem experience, search/retrieval and LLM evaluation background is a plus
Why you should apply:
Mentorship quality here is high.
Building evaluation frameworks for query processing engines is foundational AI infrastructure work.
Document understanding and context synthesis are hard, unsolved problems. The research exposure here is real.
5. Infrastructure / SRE Intern – Zeotap
Internship | Bangalore (Hybrid)
Zeotap is a Berlin-founded Customer Data Platform trusted by Virgin Media O2, Amazon, and Audi.
Tech stack: GKE, Kubernetes, Python, Go, FastAPI, React, BigQuery, Terraform, Helm, CI/CD, GitOps, GCP/AWS, IAM, Prometheus, Grafana
Skills needed: Linux fundamentals, Kubernetes, cloud basics, Python or Go, networking, Git
Why you should apply:
The JD describes diagnosing a $1,770/month cost anomaly in GKE clusters and investigating an 878% spike in GCS API usage. These are real production problems, not staged intern exercises.
Building Spendrift — an internal cost-intelligence platform — as an intern project is a portfolio piece with actual weight.
SRE experience at a European CDP company with enterprise clients is an unusual and valuable credential for early career.
6. Multiple Roles – Velo AI
Internship | Bangalore | ₹35,000–₹50,000/month | Start: May 1, 2026 (lol) | PPO
Velo is building AI systems that facilitate real-time understanding and demonstration of software products. Two intern tracks open simultaneously.
Software Engineering Intern (+PPO)
Tech stack: Python, REST APIs, Celery, Redis, LangChain, ffmpeg, AWS
Skills needed: Audio pipelines, background job systems, AI integrations, full-stack comfort
Why you should apply:
Audio pipeline + AI integration work is a niche stack that’s increasingly in demand. Not a standard web dev internship.
₹35–50K/month + PPO at May 1 start date is a strong, clean offer. Upper end is exceptional for a Bangalore internship.
Email — ajay@usevelo.ai (GitHub/portfolio + 2–3 projects required)
ML Engineer Intern (+PPO)
Tech stack: Multi-agent systems, context-aware narration, evaluation frameworks, screen activity understanding
Skills needed: ML systems building, structured narrative generation from messy recordings, evaluation framework design
Why you should apply:
“Transform messy recordings into clear outputs” through multi-agent systems is a genuinely hard problem.
Email — ajay@usevelo.ai (GitHub/portfolio + 2–3 projects required)
7. GTM Team – Tal by Grapevine
Full-time | Koramangala, Bangalore (WFO) | Freshers only
This one has a specific filter and they mean it: freshers only, and if you studied engineering, don’t apply (muh pe beizzati behenchod). They work with India’s top AI companies on hiring. They need 4 people for their GTM team who can talk to hiring managers, own relationships from cold to closed, move fast, and make decisions without hand-holding.
The qualifier: you ran fests in college, organized events, built clubs, juggled multiple things at once, which is a very suitable filter NGL.
Skills needed: Relationship-building, cold outreach, fast decision-making, event/club leadership background in college
Why you should apply:
If you’re a non-engineer who feels cooked in startup hiring, this is actively seeking you.
Working with India’s top AI companies on hiring means you’re building a network across the ecosystem from day one.
Koramangala, full WFO, 4 positions — they’re hiring fast and the role is immediate.
8. Founder’s Office Intern – Mezink
Internship | Bangalore (In-office) | Full-time
Mezink is hiring Founder’s Office interns for a front-row seat to how a startup runs. Strategy, operations, analytics, and problem-solving across functions. They’ve been unusually direct about what this is not: not a product role.
Skills needed: Ambiguity comfort, sharp questions, first-principles thinking, AI leverage without outsourcing thinking, ownership
Why you should apply:
The explicit “this is not a product role” disclaimer is a green flag — they know who they want and are filtering out mismatched candidates upfront.
Working directly with top brands from day one is real scope for an internship.
Email — mohitgarg@mez.ink | Subject: Founder’s Office Intern – [Your Name] | LinkedIn Post
9. Growth Intern – Stimuler
Internship | Bangalore (In-person) | 6 months | ₹50,000/month
Stimuler is a language learning app — ₹30Cr+ ARR, users in 180+ countries, backed by top consumer investors globally. The Growth Intern is content-first, owns a new geography end-to-end, and works directly with the founding growth team.
8 of their last 14 full-time hires came through 6-month internships. Let that sink in.
Skills needed: Deep understanding of short-form content, preferably has created their own content, ownership mindset, comfort with experiments
Why you should apply:
₹50K/month for a growth internship in Bangalore is the best non-tech stipend in this issue. Full stop.
8/14 full-time hires came from this exact internship path. The conversion rate is insane + they are hiring young and energetic talent.
180+ countries for an Indian app is rare. You’re working on international growth at a company that has already cracked it.
Email — marketing@stimuler.tech (Loom/note on previous content experience + why Stimuler + anything exceptional about you) |
Non-Tech Roles
10. Operations Associate – Riverline
Full-time | HSR Layout, Bangalore | 6-day work week
Riverline is hiring ops associates for a fast-paced operations team. In 2026 alone they’ve trained AI employees, shipped a custom SaaS for in-house support, and built evolving SOPs. They want hungry college grads who can operate in chaos and build something.
Skills needed: Operational hunger, comfort with fast-changing environments, willingness to build systems from scratch
Why you should apply:
“Trained AI employees, shipped a custom SaaS, built SOPs” — for an ops team, that’s an unusually technical mandate. You’re not just running spreadsheets.
HSR Layout is a solid Bangalore base with good access.
6-day work week. Flagged. Go in knowing that.
11. Founder’s Office – Beep App (Edtech)
Full-time | Bangalore
They describe themselves as building with “constant innovation and a bit of madness.” The application is an email with your profile and why you should be selected.
Skills needed: Automation comfort, hustler’s ambition, genuine interest in edtech, problem-solving orientation
Why you should apply:
“A bit of madness” in a job post either means the culture is genuinely exciting or genuinely chaotic. Worth a 30-minute call to find out which.
Edtech Founder’s Office roles give you broad exposure quickly — product, ops, growth, all at once.
No stipend or compensation details anywhere. Ask before you commit.
Email — hire@eventbeep.com | LinkedIn Post
12. Partnerships & Growth / Program Associate – RISE Research
Full-time | Bangalore | 0–2 years
RISE Research is a global education startup helping high school students engage with research internationally.
Skills needed: Partnerships: Strong communication, stakeholder management, outreach ownership Program: Operational and project management skills, student experience management
Why you should apply:
Founding team roles at an education startup with an international mandate are rare at the 0–2 year experience level. The learning curve here is steep.
“Compensation is competitive and aligned with impact” — VAGUE. Ask for a number before you go through the process.
Delhi / NCR
Tech Roles
13. Growth Intern – Rumik (2 positions)
Internship | Delhi (In-person) | ₹50,000/month
Rumik appeared in issue #15 for a full-stack intern role. Now they’re back hiring for growth — script writing, shooting, video editing, 2 creatives per day, AI-generated films. Chef-prepared lunch and dinner every day. Two positions open.
Skills needed: Script writing, shooting, video editing, 2 creatives/day output capacity, AI film generation
Why you should apply:
₹50K/month for a growth internship in Delhi is strong. Matching Stimuler’s number from Bangalore.
“Chef prepared lunch, dinner everyday” — unhinged perk to put in a job post but here we are and honestly respect it.
2 creatives/day is a real output bar. If you can maintain that quality and pace, the portfolio growth is fast.
14. SDE Intern – Hyperqube Ionic
Internship | Remote | 3 months | Above market comp
Founded by an IIT Delhi alumnus, NYU Stern MBA, and former NYC investment banker. Building private markets infrastructure. Remote, flexible hours, mentorship from experienced developers, and an assured end-of-internship bonus on satisfactory completion.
Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git
Why you should apply:
Most “bonuses” are performance-linked and discretionary. This one is committed upfront.
Private markets fintech is a high-signal space to have on your resume early — it’s small, specialized, and well-networked.
Remote with flexible hours and above-market comp. Low friction, high upside.
Non-Tech Roles
15. Operations – Soma Insurance
Full-time | Delhi (WFO) | ₹12–25 LPA + ESOP | 6-day work week | 0–2 years
Soma Insurance is backed by Tier-1 investors with $5M raised. They’re hiring 3–4 people as the operational backbone behind the sales team. Send an email introducing yourself and sharing the best things you’ve done.
Skills needed: Operational execution, sales support, hustle, ownership. College doesn’t matter. Resume doesn’t matter.
Why you should apply:
₹12–25 LPA for a 0–2 year ops role is the best compensation for a non-tech early career role in this issue. The range is wide but even the floor is strong.
ESOP on top of base at an insurance startup with $5M raised is meaningful early-stage upside.
6-day work week. Flagged.
Email — parv@somainsure.com and lavish@somainsure.com
16. Marketing Intern – HireVC
Internship | Gurugram (Hybrid) | 3 months (extendable) | Stipend: undisclosed
HireVC is hiring a performance marketing intern who thinks in ABM campaigns, multi-channel growth, sharp outreach, and pipeline impact. MBA/marketing/business degree or recent completion required. Familiarity with Claude or Perplexity is a plus.
Skills needed: B2B marketing understanding, ABM campaigns, multi-channel growth, AI tool familiarity
Why you should apply:
ABM and pipeline-impact thinking at intern level is more advanced than most marketing internships ask for. If you can do it, you’re ahead.
“Stipend based on profile” — ask the number upfront. Don’t let it be a surprise at the offer stage.
17. Strategy & Ops Intern (+PPO) – Swageazy
Internship | Sector 63, Gurugram | 2026 grads only
Swageazy is a corporate gifting and merchandise startup hiring Strategy & Ops interns for exposure across marketing, operations, sales, and live projects. PPO for strong performers. Application is an email with a short note on your hunger, ownership, and a specific instance of initiative.
Skills needed: Ownership mindset, fast adaptation, strong communication, initiative track record
Why you should apply:
Write about your hunger, ownership, and one specific instance of initiative — is a good filter. If you can write that email well, you can probably do the job.
Cross-functional startup exposure in a single internship is more valuable early career than being siloed.
Email — amisha@swageazy.com | LinkedIn Post
Mumbai
Tech Roles
18. Engineer Intern – BentoLabs AI (YC P26)
Internship | Mumbai (likely) | 6 months
BentoLabs is a YC P26 company. The hiring post is one of the most honest in recent memory: “Don’t apply, you’ll almost certainly be rejected. But if you’re willing to give up everything in your life for the next 6 months...” The application asks two things: why are YOU the one to generate alpha, and what would your GitHub or LinkedIn never tell them.
Skills needed: Engineering ability that speaks for itself, willingness to operate under extreme pressure, something real to show
Why you should apply:
YC P26 at early stage means you’re employee 3–5 effectively. The upside if this works is not small.
The founder’s four-rejection story isn’t humblebragging. It’s context for a culture that values persistence over pedigree.
Two-question application. No resume. If your answers are good, you’re in conversation. If not, you saved everyone time.
Email — kaushik@bentolabs.ai | LinkedIn Post
Noida / NCR
Tech Roles
19. Software Engineer Trainee – Disprz
Full-time | Chennai | Entry level
Disprz is an LMS/LXP platform. The Software Intern/Trainee role is C# .NET backend with HRMS integrations, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and exposure to live Data Science projects. 0–1 years experience.
Tech stack: C# .NET, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, NoSQL, Python (nice to have)
Skills needed: Backend programming fundamentals, SQL, API understanding, willingness to learn on the job
Why you should apply:
C# .NET is an underrepresented skill in Indian startup hiring — most roles want JavaScript or Python. The competition pool is smaller.
HRMS integration work gives you exposure to enterprise software systems that most bootcamp-style internships never touch.
“Never say die attitude” as a stated requirement is either inspiring or exhausting depending on your disposition. Know yourself.
Chennai
Tech Roles
20. Full Stack AI SDE Intern – CyberMindWorks
Internship | Guindy, Chennai (On-site) | 6 months | ₹20,000/month onwards
CyberMindWorks is hiring a Full Stack AI SDE intern to pair with senior engineers on production React + Node.js codebases — real features, code reviews, SQL on production schemas, RAG pipelines, and LLM evaluations. PPO available.
Tech stack: React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, RAG pipelines, LLM evals, prompt design
Skills needed: One end-to-end project outside coursework (show the repo), strong CS fundamentals, LLM curiosity
Why you should apply:
RAG pipelines and LLM evals alongside standard full-stack work in a single internship is an unusual combination. Most AI internships don’t give you the full-stack context.
“Read other people’s code. Ask hard questions. Improve.” I like this.
₹20K/month is on the lower end for Chennai but the PPO path and technical depth compensate if you’re early career and prioritising learning.
Remote / General
Tech Roles
21. Backend Engineer Intern – Fleetway
Internship | Fully Remote
Fleetway is building a Transportation ERP for Africa’s trucking industry — which currently runs on WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, and phone calls. The backend intern works on trip lifecycle state machines, financial settlement engines, live client integrations, multi-tenant auth, and APIs.
Tech stack: Spring Boot / Node.js / Django / Go / Rails — framework doesn’t matter, fundamentals do
Skills needed: Strong backend fundamentals, something built to show, thinks before writing code, excited by early-stage environments
Why you should apply:
Africa’s logistics infrastructure is a genuinely large unsexy problem with very few serious technical teams working on it. Early-stage exposure to this market is unusual.
Trip lifecycle state machines and financial settlement engines are real backend engineering problems — not CRUD tutorials.
Framework agnostic hiring is a green flag. They want engineers, not framework specialists.
22. Investment Team Intern – Chimera (Gaming VC)
Internship | Remote
Chimera is a gaming-focused investment firm hiring an intern for their investment team. Research, investment memos, market and business model analysis, gaming tech and infrastructure deep dives. Application requires a ~2-page analysis on the most interesting gaming tech or adjacent space you’ve explored recently.
Skills needed: Deep research ability, opinion formation, analytical thinking, AI tool comfort, 5 hours/day minimum commitment preferred
Why you should apply:
Gaming VC is one of the most niche investment verticals in India.
“We’re not looking for perfect answers. We care more about how you think.” Write something with a real point of view.
Remote with flexible hours. The 5-hours/day minimum is light enough to combine with college.
23. Quant Research Intern – Kivi Capital
Internship | Gurgaon | ₹80,000/month | July–December 2026
Kivi Capital is a systematic trading firm. The Quant Research Intern researches and develops alpha-generating trading strategies, analyzes large financial datasets, backtests using their in-house platform, and leverages Python and LLMs in the research workflow.
Tech stack: Python, LLMs in research workflow, in-house backtesting platform, financial datasets
Skills needed: Quantitative thinking, data analysis, trading strategy research, Python
Why you should apply:
₹80K/month for a 6-month internship is the highest stipend in this issue.
Systematic trading + LLM research workflow is the exact intersection that quant firms are racing to build. Getting inside one during that build is a strong early career bet.
Quant is very maths heavy so if its your thing, apply.
24. Wakefit Sleep Intern 🌟 Wildcard
Internship | Remote | 2 months
Sleep 9 hours daily. Take strategic naps. Test Wakefit mattresses. Track sleep patterns. Create content around sleep. Students, freshers, and professionals welcome.
Skills needed: Ability to maintain a consistent sleep routine. That’s it.
Why you should apply:
This is the only internship in the history of this newsletter that requires you to sleep more. I don’t make the rules.
Content creation around sleep health and lifestyle is a real deliverable — if you can build a following or a portfolio piece from this, it has legs.
Two months, remote, and you get a mattress to test. Genuinely the lowest barrier to entry of any role we’ve ever shared.
Non-Tech Roles
25. Founder’s Office – SortMyPrep
Internship → Full-time | Remote / Mumbai
SortMyPrep is an AI-powered exam prep platform for IB/IGCSE/A-Level students. 2,000+ students across 13+ countries. The Founder’s Office role is hands-on from day one: building and scaling sales pipelines, revenue channels, and consumer flywheels.
2nd/3rd/final year college students preferred.
Skills needed: Sales pipeline building, revenue channel development, consumer growth thinking, hustle
Why you should apply:
Google + OpenAI backing for an Indian edtech is a rare signal. These aren’t logo investors — both organizations run active startup programs.
International student base across 13 countries means your sales and growth work has global reach from an internship.
Internship with explicit full-time conversion path. Remote or Mumbai gives you location flexibility.
26. Multiple Roles – Teekhi and Co (Fashion Brand)
Internship | Remote | Design / Founder’s Office / Operations
Teekhi and Co is an Indian fashion brand. Indian prints on western silhouettes launching in August. Honestly I checked some of their posts and they are quite chatpate designs. Hiring across design, Founder’s Office, and operations. No perfect resume needed. Good taste, strong instincts, and curiosity that doesn’t wait for a brief.
Skills needed: Varies by track — design taste (design role), operational execution (ops), problem-solving and ownership (Founder’s Office)
Why you should apply:
High ownership, visible impact.
“Curiosity that doesn’t wait for a brief” is a good cultural marker — they want self-starters, not task-executors.
No stipend or compensation details shared. Ask before committing.
27. Multiple Roles – Bookmarkk.ai
Internship | Remote
Bookmarkk.ai is hiring two interns — one growth (problem solver, strategy, content) and one tech (React Native, AI stack). The founder made a high-effort hiring video which is either endearing or a sign they really need help. Probably both.
Growth Intern | ₹10,000–₹20,000/month
Skills needed: Problem solving, content strategy, growth thinking
Tech Intern | ₹15,000–₹30,000/month
Tech stack: React Native, AI stack Skills needed: Mobile development, AI integration
Why you should apply (both):
Bookmarkk.ai is a habit/productivity app. Small team, real product, direct founder access.
The hiring video is worth watching before you apply — it tells you more about the culture than the JD does.
Stipend range is modest but the upper end of the tech track (₹30K remote) is fair for a React Native role.
28. Multiple Roles – BAFT Technology
Internship | WFO | 3 months
BAFT is a Gen Z-focused fintech startup — mobile-first, wallets, payments, smart insights. Three intern tracks: Frontend (Android/Kotlin), Backend, and AI/ML.
Frontend Developer Intern (Android – Kotlin)
Backend Developer Intern
AI/ML Developer Intern
Skills needed: Strong fundamentals in your track, builder mindset, ambiguity comfort, fintech interest
Why you should apply:
Android/Kotlin as a dedicated frontend track is rare in Indian startup internships — most want React or Flutter. If you’re Android-native, this is your shortlist.
Three tracks in one team means cross-functional visibility. You’ll see how frontend, backend, and ML decisions interact in a real product.
No stipend mentioned. No location mentioned. Ask both before applying.
Email — business@thebaft.com (resume + GitHub/portfolio) | LinkedIn Post
Non-Tech Roles
29. Research Intern – IIT Roorkee
Internship | IIT Roorkee (On-campus, offline) | Minimum 2 months | Immediate joining
IIT Roorkee is hiring research interns across AI, Computer Vision, Cyber-Physical Systems, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Web Development, and Data Analytics. Any year, any domain. What matters: curiosity, drive, willingness to build and learn.
Skills needed: Domain interest, curiosity, drive — year and background are secondary
Why you should apply:
IIT Roorkee research credit on your resume is a strong signal for higher studies applications and research-focused hiring.
The breadth of domains — from robotics to web dev to mechanical engineering — means there’s a track for almost anyone.
Immediate joining, minimum 2 months. Low commitment floor, high ceiling if you perform.
Email — karthik.ce@sric.iitr.ac.in | LinkedIn Post
30. SDE Intern – UClean
Internship | Faridabad (On-site) | Paid
UClean is a laundry and dry-cleaning startup. The SDE Intern will work on web products that directly impact user growth and customer acquisition.
Tech stack: JavaScript, React, Next.js, Angular, APIs
Skills needed: Solid grasp of JavaScript and modern frameworks, API and web development basics, currently pursuing an engineering or technical degree
Why you should apply:
Faridabad is underserved by startup internships — if you’re based there or nearby, this is a rare on-site opportunity that doesn’t require relocating.
Consumer-facing web products at a scaling service brand means your code directly affects how customers find and use the product. Visible impact, fast feedback loop.
No stipend mentioned. Ask before you show up.
Email — ayush.kumar@uclean.in
If you’ve been reading The First Pass regularly and want to be more involved, I’m putting together a small core group. Max 5–6 people who prevalidate issues before they go out, share opportunities, and give honest feedback on quality (and what readers want).
This isn’t open to everyone. Only if you actually read and use TFP issues.
If that’s you, email me at sourjesh.substack@gmail.com with one suggestion you have for me :) I read everything, so you will 100% get a reply.
